Geocaching HQ among Seattle Business magazine’s 100 Best Companies to Work For in Washington  

SEATTLE (Sept. 3, 2020) – Geocaching HQ is one of the 100 Best Companies to Work For in Washington, as announced by Seattle Business magazine.

Companies made the list based on the scores of confidential surveys that asked employees to report on 10 categories: corporate culture, executive leadership, responsibility and decision-making, benefits, workplace environment, communication, training and education, hiring and retention, performance standards and rewards and recognition. The highest scores earned by companies across all 10 categories determined who made the list.

In announcing the honorees, Seattle Business magazine Editorial Director Rob Smith said, “This is quite an accomplishment for all these companies considering that we’re in the midst of a global pandemic.” He continued, “These organizations have all had to shift rapidly and create new systems while keeping employees safe. The fact that employees themselves recognize this and praise their companies for creating a positive corporate culture during this very challenging time is truly impressive.”
